“In this installation, I have attempted to show that the usual mechanisms, which our society systematically (but nevertheless unconsciously) uses for escapism, are deceptive. These mechanisms do not bring us psychological comfort, but they replace it by the illusion of a beautiful life.”
Soviet wallpaper and trellis hanging were used as references to the post-soviet period, as a catalyst for the above-mentioned delusions.
